To take advantage of the free CE offered here please do the following:
1. Register for a user account and provider us with your name, address, city, state, e-mail, and your State License so we can issue your CE. If you are a member of the AGD, you may also provide us with that number during registration and we will submit your CE to the AGD upon completion.
2. Watch all the video's in their entirety and while logged into your account, click the CE Submission Form link under your user menu and answer the 3 items in the form and click submit. Upon this submission we will issue your CE using a standard verification form mailed to your office as well as submission to AGD if you are a member.
